Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how TradeHorde (www.tradehorde.ai) handles personal information when you use our market research and AI analysis platform, sign in, make payments, or contact support.

When you choose Sign in with Google, TradeHorde requests the openid, email, and profile permissions. Google provides your Google account identifier, email address, name, and profile picture, when available. We do not receive your Google password. These permissions do not give us access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, or calendars.

We use this information to authenticate you, create or locate your TradeHorde account, display your identity in your account session, and support account communications. We store your email address and display name in our account database and generate an initial username from your name or email address. Your Google profile information and an OAuth access token may also be held in the encrypted authentication session cookie. We do not request offline access or use Google Workspace APIs.

Google sign-in data is not used for advertising, sold to data brokers, or used to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine learning models. TradeHorde’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

You may provide a username, profile details, avatar, age-verification confirmation, market analysis, trade submissions, uploaded charts, custom agent instructions, notification preferences, and support messages. We also keep analysis activity, subscription status, credit balances, payment and transaction records, and Lightning payment addresses when you use those features.

Our services process technical information such as IP addresses, browser or device information, requested pages, referring domains, session identifiers, errors, and security events. Our first-party page analytics use a daily salted hash derived from the IP address to measure visitors, along with page paths, referring domains, and browser information.

We use information to operate accounts, provide market research and requested AI analysis, manage subscriptions and credits, process payments and payouts, deliver notifications according to your preferences, respond to support requests, measure service use, troubleshoot failures, and prevent abuse or unauthorized access.

Market analysis inputs and custom agent instructions are processed by AI service providers to generate the features you request. Analysis results and performance records also support platform evaluation and improvement. Google sign-in information is used for account functions described above; it is not an input to market-analysis model training.

We do not sell or rent personal information. Service providers process information needed to operate TradeHorde: infrastructure and storage providers (including Railway and AWS), Google for sign-in, Stripe for card payments and subscriptions, Lightning payment services for Lightning transactions, Resend for email delivery, and OpenRouter and its model providers for requested AI analysis. Card details are handled by Stripe; TradeHorde keeps payment references and transaction status.

Google account information may be processed by our hosting, database, and authentication infrastructure to operate your account, and your email address may be processed by our email provider to deliver account communications or notifications. We do not share Google sign-in data with AI providers for generalized model training or with advertisers.

Profile information and content you publish may be visible to other users or the public according to the feature’s access rules. Do not include private information in public posts or analysis instructions. We may also disclose information at your direction, to comply with applicable legal obligations, or as necessary to investigate abuse and protect users and the service.

Account and service records are stored in our hosted databases; uploaded files are stored in cloud object storage. Authentication uses encrypted session cookies, and the website uses HTTPS to protect information in transit. Authenticated routes and administrative access controls restrict access to private account functions. No system can guarantee absolute security.

We retain account information, including Google-derived email and display name, while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Authentication cookies expire according to their session lifetime and can be cleared by signing out or clearing browser cookies. Transaction, security, and support records may be retained as needed for accounting, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and abuse prevention. We do not promise a fixed retention period for every record type.

You can request account deletion in Settings under Account, or contact support@tradehorde.ai for help with deletion or access requests. Unclaimed payouts or refunds must be resolved before self-service deletion. Account deletion removes the user record and associated records covered by database deletion rules, and attempts to remove uploaded avatar and trade-chart files.

Deletion does not erase every analysis or agent record: analysis sessions are retained with the user-account link removed, and user-created agents are disabled while their historical trades, run logs, and assessments remain. Removing an account link does not guarantee that free-text content contains no personal information. Contact us if your submissions contain personal information that needs removal. Records in backups, logs, or payment-provider systems may remain subject to their retention requirements.

You can update profile information and notification preferences in Settings, sign out, and request access, correction, deletion, or an export of your personal information by emailing support@tradehorde.ai. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

You can remove TradeHorde’s access in your Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Revoking Google access prevents future authorized access but does not itself delete information already stored in TradeHorde; use account deletion or contact support for that request.

We use cookies and browser storage for authentication, security, preferences, and service functionality. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or other features from working. See our Cookie Policy for more information.

TradeHorde is intended for users aged 18 or older and requires age confirmation. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact support so we can investigate and address it.

We update this policy when our practices change and revise the date above. Material changes to how we use Google user data will be communicated through the service or account communications, with consent requested where required.
